Health & Fitness Videos Can Help Go From Couch Potato To Lean & Fit . . .

There are thousands of health & fitness videos on the main streaming channels on our tvs, tablets and phones.  In fact it is near impossible to miss them.  As soon as you start watching one, you watch the next and the next.  It can be pretty compulsive viewing for a morning or so.  As with all streaming type products on the internet, they contain cookies which are not those cute little biscuits that come with coffee.  No these are tracking devices that literally sponge up all the sites that we visit on the internet and store or cache them away.  These in turn are then used by agencies and manufacturers to direct more focused product adverts our way in the hope we feel inclined to enquire or just buy their product.   Within a very short time, you notice more and more of the same style and type of video is presented as a possible viewing choice based on our recent viewing and search history.

At least we can be made healthier if we actually listen to the presenters advice or if we follow the exercise programme they are promoting.  There are some real experts out there, who you can trust to be well informed and who know how to get the reluctant couch potato up on their feet and gently bobbing to the background track.  Every little helps and the obesity epidemic could be wiped out if only more folk took the videos seriously – there are thousands on diet, how to cook well, how to choose the correct foods to help this condition or that.  It’s all there, and generally for free.
