Changing Food Habits Is My Only Way To Remove Weighty Problem

It matters not how often one goes off to the gym or how much one does when there, if the amount of food eaten contains a high calorific and carbohydtrate content, then the amount of calories taken in will be far in excess of the calories burned by exercise and the excess is stored in the body as fat.    There are so many various diets and food regimes that are very much the vogue.  The most succesful one members of my immediate family have followed forms my main choices now.   Although I do have to waiver occasionally, depending on my personal circumstances and ability to get out to acquire food.   I follow the lower carbohydrate system which if taken to the full extremes is called keto.  It involves cutting out very high carb food of all sorts and regrettably that includes potatoes, carrots and many other staples, conventional bread, biscuits, cake etc etc.  I get round this by buying the lowest carb bread on the market;  I don’t buy biscuits except to have one packet aside for guests and the cake situation is controlled by only making them for presentastion at social evenings, when everybody else eats them, leaving very little for me!    For me, cauliflower is the new potato and I stir fry it with brocolli & onion to make a very passable plate of tasty, nutricious acompaniment to my other essential staple which is egg.  We all need lots of egg if we are on low carb meals – I try to have 10 or 12 eggs per week, for the protein which repairs muscles and is needed for all bodily functions.  When I stay well isciplined, I can lose 4 kilo in as many weeks.  Very easily, but it’s just msking myself concentrate on what I’m buying.
