Thinking Lower Carb and Calorie Foods For Life Changes

We are bombarded by adverts for healthy foods, lifestyle enhancing quick dodges to lose weight or get fit.  The sheer number of these is absolutely mind boggling.  Artificial inteligence has much to contribute to our lifestyles, that is true, but one serioiusly negative aspect is the contstant barrage of the enhanced adverts with the droning voice that drives you insane after a few moments of exposure.  That is definitely not healthy!

What all the advertisers are trying to do is get as much click to view activity as they can for their algarithms.  The rightness of what they are promoting has absolutely nothing to do with anything.  We need to consult real people, trainers, doctors, health professionals etc to get the low down on the best way to stay in good health.  Eating the best diet available to us makes perfect sense, but it can be truly confusing with so much artificially generated fuzz.  The lower carbohydrates taken in, the better as far as blood pressure, cholesterol and weight issues are concerned.  Whichever way we dress it up, the less calories and carbs, the better.  The low carb business is huge these days and that in itself is a bit of a minefield but by checking which foods are high in carbs and which are very reasonable, is a good start.  Obviously bread, cake, pastries and chips feature at the top of the calorie and carbohydrate lists.  But care needs to be taken with some veges and fruit too.  Potatoes and carrots are very high in carbs and are best replaced by cauliflower and brocolli, which are lower in carbs and calories.  Its small changes that count the most when taking up a new regime.  Read about it first in a trusted magazine or online.  Check out various experts in that field and make sure this change for life is suitable for the long term and of course, don’t go so enthusiastically at the changes that it knocks out all energy and fun in life!
